General description of the apartments

The apartments named “Siena” and “Cielo” lie  at second and third floor in the great tower and one small 30 unit of mq call "Terra" to the flat land, that is more than twenty metres high. Both are seventy five square metres large and have a fabulous view of the Lake and Montisola.
The threestorey apartment named “Pisa”  lies in front of “Siena” e “Cielo” on the other side of the inner yard. Each apartment has a double-bedroom and a large living room with a beddingcouch for two people.
The building was restored with high quality materials according with bioarchitecture principles. Floors are made of oakwood and old ceramic tiles. Ceilings are made of wood, most of the walls are painted with Venice plaster.
Guests can rest outdoor in the common garden or in the common porch, furnished with tables and chairs.
Each apartment has its own heating working by gas. “Siena”,“Cielo”  and "Terra" also have a fireplace. To the flat earth there is a small but graceful apartment of 31 mq that two + give on the endowed garden of one you mail read.

There is a little porch, to rest outdoor. Then there is a big kitchen with oven, fridge and dining table, that is supplied with vessels and pans. In the wide living room there are a big table with eight chairs, two comfortable couches, TV and fireplace. From the windows there is a wonderful view of the lake. One of the couches becomes a double bed and there is also an additional single bed hidden in a piece of furniture. A little passage, where  there is a washing machine, leads to a double bedroom and to a pretty bathroom with shower. 

From the entrance a passage leads, on one side, to a beautiful bath with shower and washing machine, on the other side, to a wide, high open space with the beams of the roof on sight. Three roof windows with remote control let plenty of light in. On the left there is a big double bedroom and on the right a comfortable couch that becomes a bed for two.  There is also an additional single bed hidden in a piece of forniture. The kitchen has a oven and a fridge and it is supplied with vessels and pans. There is a big diningtable and comfortable leather armchairs and couch in front of fireplace and TV. The entrance stairs landing can be used to rest outdoor or to have clothes  dried.

It is a three-storeyed apartment. On ground floor there is a hall with a big table and chairs. On first floor, that also has a door on the street, there is a living room with kitchen, dining table and a comfortable couch (which becomes a double bed) and TV. On second floor there are a bathroom and a double bedroom. The inner yard is perfect to rest outdoor or have clothes dried

It is situated to the flat earth, composed from a stay with angle baking and estraibile bed to the income, a wall separates it from the room and from the bath, there is a fireplace. Indicated for one single brace or with child. Beyond to its medioevale atmosphere it allows a direct use of the garden in which there are of the small tables with chairs, for the supper and in order to take to the sun or the coolness of the evening.
