INFORMATIONS AND TERMS OF AGREEMENT

SERVICES AND PRICES

The prices of apartments are meant to be on a wekly basis. You are supposed to stay at least seven days and to arrive and leave on Saturday.

If you choose a period between different seasons, rent will be computed according to the actual number of days of each season.

Prices include energy supply and final clean up. Washing up is up to the guests and it is not included in the final clean up.

CLASSIFICATION

Our apartments of Zorzino Castle have been classified as 4th category: “comfortable accommodation”. They are well furnished and supplied with many appliances.

GUESTS’ NUMBER

Each apartment can have only the number of guests you booked for. If more guests than agreed stay in the apartment, even for a short time, the reservation agreement can be broken. In that case, the rent already paid will be not given back.

If you decide to come with more people than you booked for, we advise you to tell us in advance how many people are actually coming. You ought to consider the most number of guest that are allowed in the apartment you booked.

PETS
Small sized pets are generally allowed. When you book, please describe your pets and ask permission to bring them with you. If you do not ask permission in advance, the apartment’s owner can refuse to let you go in. Each pet must have a certificate of good health and vaccination. An insurance policy against damages is also welcomed. Please not that there are stairs to get the apartments.

GUARANTEE
Upon arrival, you also have to pay € 155 as guarantee. Otherwise the owner could refuse to give you the keys. At your departure Money paid as guarantee will be given back except for extras you might have asked or damages you might have caused.

The guests are supposed to behave as good neighbours.

LINEN, BLANKETS, QUILTS.

You can bring sheets, bedclothes and tablecloths yourself. You can also hire them from the apartment’s owner. Please, ask for them in advance. Blankets and quilts are always available free.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you have special requests or needs, please let us know them at the reservation.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Usually you ought to go into the apartment on Saturdays between 11:20 and 18:00 p.m. and you ought to leave before 8:00-10.00 a.m. If you want to come or leave at a different time or in a different day, you have to make an agreement with the owner. In fact, if you want to leave before 8:00 a.m., you have to confirm with the owner.

We kindly ask you not to come before the fixed time of arrival, because we need to clean up the apartment. If you are not able to arrive at the fixed day or at the fixed time, let us know as soon as possible.

COMPLAINTS AND FRIENDLY ATTITUDE

If you find something different from what you expected, at your arrival or during your stay, we kindly ask you to keep a friendly attitude. Even if you are tired, because of the long journey, do not become angry. You would spoil a pleasant holiday. We will try to find a solution to every problem as soon as possible and to satisfy fully everyone.

EXTRA
During the months of October to April there will be an extra charge for Gas and Electricity of € 0,80 per mc and € 0,30 per Kw respectively and the costs will be calculeted at the end of your holidays by checcking your meters.

TELEPHONE
There is no telephone in the apartments, because mobile phones are quite common nowadays.

HOW TO BOOK AN APARTMENT
Booking can be done using the form via Internet, by phone, with fax or better by e-mail at: info@myholidays.net.
To confrim your reservation we require an advance payment of € 155; upon receipt of your payment we will confirm your booking.

Upon arrival you will have to pay the balance, the warranty of € 155 and if requested the hiring of the linen.

If you cancel your reservation, the advance payment will not be refunded.

Please, remember to bring an identity card with you.

If you have lunch or dinner at Miranda Restaurant, that it is 150 metres far from Zorzino Castle, you can swim in Miranda’s swimming pool.
